The following data is made available to assist the farmer in their decision to incorporate Performance Probiotics into their annual ration allowance. It is important to point out Performance Probiotics is the only host specific rumen bacteria, digestive enzyme and active dry yeast product available in one package on the Australian market today. This selection of natural ingredients has been formulated to work in a synchronistic manner to control the rumen Ph and increase utilisation in natural biological actions, which is now proving long term to be very beneficial for herd health and more efficient production.

The four split herd studies in this presentation, performed at Dookie Farm College Shepparton Victoria, Paul Ryan’s at Nathalia Victoria, Lou Gillias Ponderosa farm Western Australia and Graham Bonds farm Queensland, all show the same positive results. This is backed by a scientific study done earlier in the year and printed in the prestigious "Journal of Dairy Science" Jan 2003 in the US, which is also included in this presentation, along with a summary by a well respected nutritionist Ann Hogden.

There is also a significant paper written on a study on currently available Direct Fed Microbial scientific data and trials by leading researchers from the Department of Animal Science at Oklahoma and Michigan State Universities. These papers should satisfy any adviser that ask for Scientific data.

We at Performance are offering a product that will assist the farmer in his
operation, at a very reasonable price, sourced individually these products would be many times the price.  We sell direct to farmer or through outlets that are willing to work on low margins. We grow our business on good old fashioned word of mouth linked with low input advertising, that way we can provide a quality product at a down to earth price. We currently have well respected farmers that are into their 3rd and 4th lactation.
